4. Subscription and Payment

• Payments are processed securely via Paystack
• Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD)
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period

6. AI-Assisted Features

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Business plans created will guarantee funding or business success
• Financial projections will match actual business performance
• Funder or investor requirements will not change

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Originate It shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Data loss (though we maintain regular backups)

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• You may request export of your data within 30 days

• Any prepaid subscription fees for unused periods may be refunded at our discretion
